The Alexander Training Institute is situated 14 blocks from the Pacific Ocean and near the adjoining city of Los Angeles. The facility comprises a cheerful room and outdoor patio with windows for natural light and fresh ocean air. Santa Monica has a year-round moderate climate. A library of books, articles, and videos on the Alexander Technique is maintained and developed for use by the trainees.

Hours
Monday–Friday from 9:30am–12:30pm, when training course is in session. See schedule.
 Parking
There is 2-hour metered parking on 14th Street in front of the school. You can find 3-hour meters on 14th Street, south of Colorado Avenue; 10-hour meters are available on Colorado Avenue. Beware of street cleaning days where parking is restricted, and streets where parking is by permit only.
Public Transportation
ATI-LA is accessible by bus. Big Blue Bus #5 stops on Colorado Avenue at 14th Street, half a block from the school. Big Blue Buses #1 and 10 stop on Santa Monica Boulevard at 14th Street.
